Cancellation of a reservation after submited will be charged a cancellation fee of 5% of the order amount.
Cancellation of a reservation less than 24 hours from the date of treatment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the order amount.
Cancellation of an order less than 4 hours from the date of treatment will be charged a full cancellation fee of 100%.
